Youth led – We believe young people face bigger challenges and thus their voices should hold extra weight. We aim for all our projects to have young people at the heart of them.
Diversity creates diversity – We believe being inclusive is fundamental to any organisation and particularly one that is all about championing diversity. We believe our diversity should reflect nature’s diversity.
Acting locally – We believe that working for a more biodiverse natural world can bring communities together and we want to be a part of that community.
